A Note From a Customer....

A customer recently ordered the incorrect item for his application and we took good care of him. He spent the time to send us a note saying:
"Jeff, received the base mount today and it's what I should have ordered the first time. I'm very undeserving of your kindness and excellent customer service but please know it's much appreciated and I'll spread the word."
